Delivery

Pick-up in stores

At the time of purchase in the online store DEKASTORE, you will be offered only those points of sale where the balance of your desired item is sufficient. You can find the addresses and opening times of points of sale that have pick-up points for goods ordered online here.

If you have chosen to pick up the goods in the store, we will prepare them within the time limit specified for the selected item. You will be notified by e-mail and/or SMS. We will wait for your arrival within 3 calendar days. Subsequently, the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will return back to the shelf.

When withdrawing your order, carry your order number and identity document with you. If your goods are picked up by another person, indicate him as the recipient when placing the order. And if the buyer-a legal entity, have a power of attorney.

Delivery of goods to parcel points and post offices.

If you have selected delivery of goods via DPD they will be delivered within the time limit specified to the selected item.

Standard delivery price: 9 EUR

If the purchase price exceeds 39 EUR - delivery is free of charge.

Home delivery

If you have selected home delivery of the goods, they will be delivered within the time limit specified to the selected item.

Standard delivery price: 12 EUR

If the purchase price exceeds 39 EUR - delivery is free of charge.
